The free plan is our education plan. It includes a real project, casting and crew calls, and e-signing, which is everything a school project or student film needs, free forever rather than discounted for a semester. When you start billing clients, Indie is there.

No. E-sign is built in: multi-party signing ceremonies, append-only audit trails, and a public verification page where anyone can check a document. There are no per-seat signing fees.

You publish a call sheet and choose who to send it to. Recipients confirm the published version and acknowledge its safety briefing from their email link, without an account. If you publish a newer version, older confirmations are marked stale. Resending asks recipients to confirm again.

Yes, and there is nothing to download. Every part of Speeding Studio runs in the browser, on phones, tablets, and laptops. Cast and crew confirm call sheets and acknowledge safety briefings from their phones on set, and producers watch the receipts arrive in real time.

Clients see the same plan the production runs on: they review and approve the quote, sign where everyone signs, and receive an invoice that reconciles against what they approved. Internal notes, margins, and rates stay private to your team.

The opposite: it was built by producers who run productions without a back office. The system does the chasing, the paperwork, and the reconciling that a production office would, so one person can run the whole show. Most solo producers run on Free or Indie.

Yes. The Pro plan adds bigger teams, multiple business entities, the rules engine and automation, accounting and CRM integrations, and public view links for clients. Every team member works from the same plan, with roles controlling who sees what.

Yes. A person can hold multiple union memberships by role, such as a union performer who also does non-union stills, and job calls and bookings carry the membership relevant to the role being cast, so everyone knows which agreement applies.

Yes. Scenes, setups, and shots plan physical shoots, AI-generated productions, and hybrids with the same structure, down to the shot list, with storyboard and shot image generation sitting on top of the same plan.

No. Your data is never used to train AI models, and it is sent to an AI model only when you choose to use an AI feature, and only for that task. Read more in our privacy notice.

You can export your data at any time while your account is active, and cast and crew can download their own profile data too. If you ask us to delete your account, access ends immediately, so export first. Signed agreements remain provable through their audit records.
