Terms of Use
Effective date: July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website (speeding.studio), which is operated by Opencast Media Inc. ("we", "us") of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
About this site
This site describes Speeding Studio, a production planning product that is currently in development. Everything on the site — features, screenshots, timelines, and pricing — is informational, describes work in progress, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to deliver any feature, or professional advice.
Early access and beta software
If we offer you early or beta access to Speeding Studio, that access will be governed by a separate agreement presented to you at signup. Beta software is pre-release software: it is provided "as is", may contain defects, and may change or be discontinued without notice. Do not rely on beta software for anything you cannot afford to lose until the applicable agreement says otherwise.
Using the site
You may browse the site and join the waitlist for your own purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it at volume, or submit false or automated waitlist entries.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and the Speeding Studio name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
